Joint venture model :
  • The emitter and Auscarbon collaborate in a joint venture managed by Auscarbon with risks and benefits shared equally.
  • The emitter receives its 50% of the credits at low cost for its equity and negotiates a price for Auscarbon's share of credits.
Off-Take contract:
  • Under this model Auscarbon takes all the risk to deliver credits to the emitter at a negotiated price and time frame.
